Restoration of the park and historic villa in Santa Margherita Ligure

A typical historical Ligurian residence must be restored to its former glory, but speaking a contemporary language.

The project took care of the interior renovation and the facades with the addition of some volumes for the greenhouse / dining room, swimming pool and guest quarters. The park has been redesigned with new terraces that connect both visual and practical new points of interest. The view towards the gulf has been enhanced by new glazed openings. The park is enriched by numerous olive trees for the production of oil.
