Villa Quarzana, Pognana Lario

The position and the microclimate were unique, because the property is looking directly on both the branches of the lake of Como.

The light is an important feature, because it changes continuously along the day and year, thus offering a magic atmosphere.

We have acted by fully maintaining the existing landscape, following the ground and putting it in connection with the house.

In this way we have been able to create priority viewpoints through the insertion of new trees.
